Young Carers Champions

Achievements

* We were very proud to have been awarded our Carer Friendly Tick Award Education in June 2023.  

The Young Carers panel who judged our application, commented ‘You have done amazing work, we have found it so hard to think of things for you to add to the amazing work you’re already doing.  We love the plans that you have and we look forward to seeing where this work takes you!’

*We have been invited by Caring Together, to join their Young Carers' Education Action Group, which they co-chair with Norfolk County Council.
