A day at Hingham Primary School starts at 8:45am. The gates open just before 8:45am and children calmly make their way into school.
The children have a break at around 10:15am depending on the class.
At 12:00 midday we stop for lunch. This lasts for 1 hour and the children have time to eat and play. Nearly every lunch time is on the field. Welly boots are essential!
At 1:00pm we start the afternoon lessons.
The younger children will have a break in the afternoon when it fits in with the learning.
The day ends at 3:15pm with the gates opening at 3:10pm for the infant children.
Children should practise their reading and maths facts at home every day.
